March 18, 2000: The Backstreet Boys' "Show Me the Meaning of Being Lonely" peaked at Number 6 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
"Show Me the Meaning of Being Lonely" was taken from the Backstreet Boys third studio album, Millennium. It received generally favorable reviews from music critics, who commended the lush orchestration, its melody and the group's vocal performance.
